A German couple have a perfect little boy, except. He won’t speak a word. Now 5 years old, the intelligent, bright, happy little boy has never spoken a single word. They take him to doctors,
they pronounce him in perfect health. They take him to a psychiatrist, who says he is a happy little boy, apart from the not speaking thing.
Then one day, at the dinner table, the little boy looks up from his meal and says, “Mother, this food is somewhat cold”
The parents are in shock, they jump to their feet, “Our dear little boy, you can speak! This is a miracle, why have you not spoken for all this time?” they ask.
The boy looks up at them and quietly says, “Until now, everything has been acceptable”
